Proof Hotel & Lounge

The location was quiet and the staff were pleasant

On getting to the hotel, I was informed that the room I booked was not available and I had to pay a higher fee for another room as it was already late night.

The room was spacious and beautiful. We had a room upgrade so I think that’s the perks of the upgrade

There was construction going on at that time so the noise was a little distracting

Clean and comfort

Good location with shopping mall at work distance

I loved what the hotel offered, we were a large family group so we rented the three bedroom apartment and couple of rooms which I can say were quite spacious and the layout was workable for us. The serenity of the communal area, the lounge, restaurant and the open seating area provided comfort and enjoyment for all ages, my children really enjoyed the leisure space. The food offered was also delicious and value for money. The staff and management were quick to help when needed. I will recommend Proof hotel for families looking for a hotel in Lagos that offers inner comfort because everything you need is within your reach.

Can’t think of anything

Breakfast was nice and the bed was really comfortable, staff were very friendly

Pool was out of service and i was really looking forward to swimming during my stay.

Sumptuous meal, nice location, staff were friendly and hospitable, good value for money

The lounge is amazing and the swimming pool Area is safe for kids, the staff are amazing as well.

Well they need to speedy stuff with their cleaning service and room 003 need some renovation.

The central location. The rooms were very neatBreakfast was okay, not exciting, though.

The noise

Well located

Very tight spaces. No telephone in the room. Had to go down to the reception to place food and drinks order

Neatness and good location.

Delay in POS payment...t appears machines were either faulty or the network was poor.

I like the staff, the were friendly and accommodating.

The noise from the party or club.Cigarette smell along the corridor

All facilities were fine

It was a Friday, the noise from the bar or is it club was way too much

The staffs were friendly and nice; the restaurant food was okay but too pricey.

The wifi didn’t work well to cover Netflix so we had to use our wifi; and the room did not have a sitting table and chair for working.

Friendly people. Nice location. Nice pool and bar

Shower room, blocked shower drain

The location looks secure. The breakfast is okay. But no variety.

The services could be improved upon.

I love the hotel area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There's not sockets in the bathroom.

The location and ambiance.

The bed and foam were old and uncomfortable.

Staff were courteous and well behaved. I can’t over-emphasis this. The premises are neat and peaceful.

The water heater in my room wasn’t working as well as the fridge.

The Reception and hospitality

The Room( Restaurant) services were very very poor. What you order is not what you get at times. The Staff taking the orders dsn't relate correctly to the kitchen

The ambience is great and the rooms are clean.

I didn't like the breakfast because its supposed to be buffet service but the options were limited. The hotel needs to add more menu options.
